Owner
Ms. Tiffany
Tiffany Bart opened The Art of Smart Preschool in 2016 and has over 30 years of experience in education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Miami and is passionate about nurturing the whole child. Although she is the owner, Tiffany prefers spending her days in the classrooms supporting teachers and engaging with children. She also enjoys having the opportunity to work alongside her son, Chase, as he grows in the field.

Director
Ms. Paola
​Paola Ventura has been part of The Art of Smart Preschool since 2017 and became Director in 2021. She holds a Psychology degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Business Administration. Paola began her career in our two’s and three’s classrooms and has spent close to a decade in early education. She is known for her clear communication, strong understanding of child development, and commitment to creating a supportive environment for children, families, and staff.

Ms. Jessica
Jessica Santos has been a preschool teacher for 20 years and brings expertise, structure, and warmth to the four and five year old classroom. She has a strong understanding of the skills children need for kindergarten and creates lessons that keep students engaged and confident. Jessica is known for her calm presence and thoughtful approach to teaching. Families appreciate the strong foundation she builds for future success.

Ms. Rosa
​Rosa Santos has over 20 years of experience working with toddlers and two year olds. She understands the developmental needs of young children and fosters independence through clear routines and consistent expectations. Rosa continuously seeks new knowledge and strategies to strengthen her practice. Families value her honesty, dedication, and the growth they see in their children throughout the year.

Ms. Andrea
Andrea Gonzalez has been a teacher for five years and brings creativity and joy to the four year old classroom. She is known for her hands on projects, engaging activities, and the imaginative experiences she creates for her students. Andrea enjoys planning science experiments, art projects, and special events that bring the school community together. Children love her warm personality and the excitement she brings to learning.

Ms. Vania
Vania Almeida has nearly 30 years of experience in early childhood education and has been part of our school since 2016. With a degree in Psychology, she understands the emotional world of toddlers and supports a smooth transition into the classroom. Vania enjoys singing, storytelling, and documenting children’s daily moments for families. Her classroom is often the place where a love for school first begins.

Ms. Yvette
Yvette Claytor has 11 years of experience in early childhood education and brings a loving, positive presence to the two’s classroom. She is known for her supportive nature, comforting approach, and ability to help children feel secure. Yvette enjoys leading story times and connecting with children through play. Families appreciate the warmth she adds to the classroom each day.

Ms. Maria
Maria Schelcht has a degree in Psychology and four years of teaching experience. She is known for her creativity, detailed planning, and imaginative activities that spark curiosity. Maria enjoys designing hands on projects and transforming her classroom to match the themes students are exploring. Children love the engaging, playful environment she creates.

Assistant Teacher
Mr. Chase
Chase Bart supports the four year old classroom while working toward his degree and CDA. He is known for his engaging story times, strong phonemic awareness lessons, and the active play he brings to the class. Chase enjoys teaching through movement and often leads the children in sports, exercises, and outdoor games. His warm personality and energetic approach make him a favorite among the students and a valued part of our team.

Assistant Teacher
Mr. Ryan
Ryan Wilson is currently pursuing his degree and completing his CDA while supporting our toddler classroom. He brings a positive, calm energy to the children and enjoys helping them explore and grow. Ryan is known for being patient, playful, and attentive to each child’s needs. Families appreciate the gentle encouragement he brings to the classroom every day.
